Sushi Vinegar The recipe for this vinegar was gift from Tomo kamiya, a taleted chef renowned for his sushi skills. He happens to be my partoners father who presented us recipe for the opening of Misaki Byron Restaurant.
Over the last 20 years we have developed this vinegar using finest local produce available in the Northern Rivers District, and are proud to make it available to people who enjoy cooking.
You can use this Misaki Sushi Vinegar for sushi rice as well as a fine oriental style salad dressing.
We recommend a shelf life of 24 months.

We say when the bottle is empty it is useful to roll under you feet for good massage. We also recommend a joyful life.
