Teriyaki Sauce In Japan on Honshu Island in the Gifu Prefecture lies Ogaki City, in this city there are many famous restaurants.
One of the favoured place to eat is an establishment named "Yontori".
The owner Shujiro Tsutani the third generation owner chef provideing the unforgettable experience of kaiseki cooking. A kaiseki is not the usual dining event, be prepared for an 8 to 15 course meal which may last up to 3 hours or more. It is a divine event. Shujiro Tsutani presented the recipe for the teriyaki sauce as a gift to us for the opening of Misaki Byron Japanese Restaurant.
We have in the past 20 years developed the recipe by using the finest ingredients available in the Northern Rivers District and are proud to distribute it to people who enjoy cooking. Misaki Teriyaki sauce is versatile, it is used with Vegetables, Stir Fry Chicken, Seafood, Pork and Beef. It is also a sauce which has no "use by date" because the longer it's there the more the flavours mature.
